Shipping Policy
Pachamama is committed to quality, freshness and efficiency. That's why we ship fresh-roasted coffee within 2 business days after you place an order. If an item ordered is out-of-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged until your coffee has shipped. At present, we ship to the United States only.
All orders 5 lbs or less will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. If your order exceeds 5 lbs, it may be shipped UPS Ground. All orders will be processed within 2 business days.
Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 60 days and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you.
